What kind of services do you provide?
We provide back office services, professional services, and hosted development centers for middle- and small-sized companies. Please click on this link for details.
Do you provide services only to US or to other countries also? What countries do you         serve?
Currently we provide services to US, UK, and Australia. We can provide services to any English-speaking country.
How do you charge for your services?
We charge a monthly fixed price by resource. There are no hidden charges or charge by tasks. We provide the resource with all the infrastructures, hardware, software, and tools they need to provide you the service.
What if I am not happy with your services? Will my money be returned back?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. So, the chances of you not being satisfied are very slim. However, if you have concerns, we have escalation procedures where the account manager will be directly working with you and the team to provide positive results. If you still prefer to cancel, we will prorate and return the balance amount to you. We like to highlight that there is No Contract and No Commitments from your side. You can use our team as long as you need them.
What kind of reports do I get?
You will be given a daily report on what has been completed and what is being worked on. This will give you a clear list of pending tasks. Click here for a sample daily report.
How do I get my deliverables?
This depends on what your deliverables are. If they are files within 5 MB, they will be emailed to you. If they are huge files, then they can be FTP’d or sent to you by your choice of deliverable online. If you need anything to be mailed or couriered to you, we can do that and you will pay for the actual mailing cost.
What is your confidentiality policy?
We maintain very strict confidentiality agreement with our clients. We sign a NDA from our head office in Raleigh, NC. We never share our client details to anyone. Please refer to our confidentiality policy.
Do I pay ahead of the month or for the past month?
We charge ahead of the month.
Can I just hire one resource?
Yes, certainly. Choose the type of resource you need and the number of resources you need. You can utilize that resource service for just one month or many months.
Can I hire a resource for less than a month?
No. Unfortunately, we provide services on monthly basis only
If I hire a resource for a period of months, do I get a discount?
Yes. There is a discount option available, if you hire a resource for a minimum of 6 months and pay ahead in full. Please Click here and enter your requirement and one of our representatives will get in touch with you to discuss the options.
How do I communicate with the team?
You will be assigned an account manager/project manager. You can communicate with that person by email, Skype, or phone. We recommend Skype as it is free.
What are the timings the team will be available?
The working time will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The team will be available from 5 am to 12.30 pm EST for meetings, discussions, and reporting. They will focus on their work during the remaining time.
Can they work additional days?
Yes, the team can work additional days. The charge will be prorated accordingly for the additional days.
What if the resource who is working for me leaves from your company?
We address this in many ways. We take care of our resources to minimize churns. Also, we allocate primary and secondary ‘shadow’ resource for every client. The secondary resource will be able to catch up on the job from where it is left. There will be very minimal impact to our clients on employee churn.
Can the team work according to my working time – 8 am – 5 pm.

What if I request a specific team member I have worked with in the past? Can I get the         same resource?
If the resource is available, we will be glad to allocate the resource to you. However, due to the demand, there is a high possibility that the resource might get allocated to other clients. Our suggestion is, if you like a resource, then try to hold on to them.
What if we need to give special training to the team member(s)?
Yes, many of our clients train their team according to their operational process. If you train one or more resources, we can train the additional members when they join. Also, we will help you record the training online. This will save you time spent on ongoing trainings.
Do we pay for the software tools?
No. You do not pay for anything other than the monthly charge for the resource
Can you provide referrals?
We have a strict agreement with our clients that we will not disclose their company names in our website or disclose the services we provide to them to anyone. However, if a client has agreed and is available to be a referral, we will certainly provide their contacts to you.
