2. What kind of items do you extract from an invoice?


Every chargeable item that is given in the invoice, including :

3. What type/ format of invoices can you work on??

Mostly all invoice formats that carriers provide, including

  • Downloadable from carrier sites or applications

4. Is there any invoice formats you do not extract data from?

Most of the carriers provide the invoices in the formats mentioned in the earlier question. We will be glad to look into other formats, if there are any.

5. In what format do you deliver the extracted data?

6. How do you charge for your service?

It is $11.50 USD per hour with increments of 30 minutes. No hidden charges or unexpected charges

7. How do I know how many hours you are going to charge till I see your bill?

Our process is simple and straightforward. You send us the invoice by any preferred media. Within 24 hours, we will email you the number of hours it would take to do the job and our charge. You reply the email, approving the charge. Based on your approval, we complete the job and deliver the results. Then we send you an invoice for the job completed. There will be absolutely no surprises.

8. If I give you an invoice, can you extract only the inventory from it?

Yes. The standard inventory includes:

  • Carrier name
  • Account number
  • Sub-account number
  • Line number
  • USOC code
  • USOC description
  • Charges (MRC, NRC, Equipment etc)
We will be glad to include any additional details if available in the invoice.

9. Can you extract data from a wireless carrier invoice?

Yes. Just to name few - Cingular/AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Rogers, Orange etc.

10. How do you deliver the extracted data?

The extracted data files are either emailed or FTP’d to the client

11. If I send you an invoice, can you provide me recommendations and suggestions on the data?

Wingspread is not a Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) company or an expense auditing company. We do not provide suggestions on telecom savings and cost reductions. However, we can filter, sort & organize the extracted invoice data in the way that makes it easier for you to make those recommendations and suggestions to your clients.

12. Do I need to have a term contract to use your service?

No. You do not need to have a contract or commitments to use our services. You can choose to use our service whenever you need it.

13. What is the turn around time to deliver the extracted data?

That depends on the size of the invoice. As an example, we have some clients with just one invoice but have consolidated many accounts in it, exceeding over 1000 pages.

14. Do you have minimum order size?

No. We do have a minimum charge of $11.50 USD, however, to cover administrative costs. If you have several small orders to make, you might consider putting them all on one order to avoid the minimum charge.

15. Are you a Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) company?

No, we are not. We just extract the data from telecom invoices and deliver it to our clients. We provide our services to several TEM companies and telecom agencies.

16. Do you or your afliates sell or broker network services like long distance or data circuits?

No. We do not provide any services other than extracting the data from the telecommunication invoices.

17. Are you interested in partnering with a telecommunication company to sell network services or other telecom services?

No. We are not interested in selling any telecommunication services other than invoice data extraction
