1. How many months of FET recovery is possible?
As per the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) notice, the Taxpayers will be eligible for refunds of all Telecommunication FET billed to them after Feb. 28 2003 to August 1 2006 (41 months).

2. What type of companies do you provide FET recovery services?
This service is meant for any industry and any type of organization where there has been long distance telecommunications spend for the past 41 months.

3. Do you file the FET recovery on behalf of the client?
WINGSPREAD will provide reports for the client's accountants to document the amount of the FET return in their 2006 Tax return.

4. Can you do the FET recovery service for all the states in North America ?
Yes, for all states in USA .

5. Do you have any limitation on the size of companies or number of invoices or the number of locations?
No.Wingspread has the capability of processing large numbers of invoices.

6. What would you normally need from the customer?
Customer will need to provide all telecommunication invoices for the FET recovery period specified by the IRS and any other related information that may be requested to successfully provide this service.

7. How much of time do you need from the customer resources?
The time demanded from the customer is very minimal. It will be the time taken to provide all relevant data.

8. Do you take EDI format invoices?
No. Customer can convert it to required format and send to us.

9. Do you take XML format invoices?
Yes. Data layout must be provided.

10. Do you take text format?
Yes. Data layout must be provided.

11. Do you take scanned image format of invoices?
Yes. We prefer the PDF format for data accuracy.

12. Do you take paper format invoices?
Yes.
