13. What are the different invoice formats do you accept?
XML, Paper, PDF, any proprietary CD from carriers along with necessaryapplication. (For example AT&T uses Billing Edge).
14. What happens to the paper invoices after they are processed?
The customer will advice us what to do. We can ship them back to the customer or shred the invoices. In either case the charge will be passed on to the customer.
15. How long do you keep the invoices and the FET recovery reports?
WINGSPREAD will save the electronic FTP data of invoices used for this service until December of 2008 after which period the same will be returned to customer.
16. Can you handle high volume of invoices?
Yes. As this is the core strength of our business.
17. What type of technology do you use to extract data from paper invoices?
We use proprietary tools and Optical Character Readers (OCR) and Intelligent Character Readers (ICR) software.
18. How do you maintain the accuracy of data extracted and also the results?
Most of our process are automated and at every stage we cross check multiple reports for accuracy purposes. Every report will be tested by our team's experienced CPAs.
19. Will our invoice data be secure / explain security process?
All customer data given and procured will be kept absolutely confidential at all times. Customer details are maintained in separate databases. Daily backups are maintained.
20. How do you extract the FET from invoices?
Our analysts use proprietary software tools and applications.
21. What is the duration required by WINGSPREAD to recover FET charges?
This depends on the number of invoices, format of the invoices, lay out of invoices and type of services. The duration will be clearly defined once the contract is signed. Our goal is to get the FET recovery reports for the 2006 tax time frame for our customers.
22. What type of support do you provide?
Wingspread will provide full client support until the final receipt of the FET refund.
23. What if the customer does not have all the invoices from Feb' 2003 to July' 2006?
WINGSPREAD will be able to provide the FET recovery reports based on invoices that are provided by customer. WINGSPREAD reserves the right to terminate the project if sufficient number of invoices is not provided to meet contractual criteria.
24. Do you work with agents? Do you offer commission to agents?
Agencies that work with us to bring customers will be offered commission. This varies from agency to agency and the type of services provided to end customer.
